Saturday, Nov. 12, I’ll be hosting a Thanksgiving Workshop at Bottlerocket in NYC!  I’m preparing turkey with all the trimmings (plus veggie sides and desserts!), which the folks at Bottlerocket will pair with lots of fantastic wines.  As you taste and sip your way around, I’ll be there to answer all your holiday cooking questions!  Hope to see you there!  And please, be sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time, as reservations are required.

Late Summer’s Bounty Food & Wine Pairing Class at Bottlerocket!

On Saturday, September 17, I’m teaming up with the wine experts at Bottlerocket Wine and Spirit to teach a Late Summer’s Bounty Food and Wine Pairing Class!  Tickets are $25 in advance ($30 at the door), and there will be a three-course tasting and wine pairing, along with a mini-lesson in simple Greenmarket cooking.  The class runs from 2-3 pm, so it’ll be a quick, fun, boozy way to spend the afternoon.  Menu includes chilled sweet corn soup, lobster and heirloom tomato BLT’s, and watermelon-mint popsicles.  Hope to see you there!
